Get Help TodayOutpatient treatment offers flexible, structured care for adults who want to begin or continue recovery while living at home. This level is ideal for people who need support without stepping away from work, school, or family responsibilities.
Intensive Outpatient provides a higher level of structure and accountability than standard outpatient. Through supportive group and individual sessions, clients explore patterns behind substance use, build coping skills, and strengthen recovery in a safe, clinically guided environment while continuing to live at home.
PHP is a high-intensity, structured day program for adults who need more support than outpatient or IOP, but do not require 24/7 residential care. Clients attend programming several hours a day, multiple days per week, receiving comprehensive therapeutic and clinical services while living at home or in a safe supportive setting. PHP helps stabilize early recovery, strengthen coping skills, reduce relapse risk, and create a clear step-down path to IOP or outpatient services.
Our women-specific residential program provides 24/7 structured support in a safe, healing environment. Clients receive trauma-informed, personalized care through group and individual therapy, helping them focus fully on sobriety, stability, and long-term recovery.
You’ll never face your recovery journey alone. We offer comprehensive detox treatments supported by a compassionate team dedicated to guiding you from the first steps of sobriety to reaching your goals. We’re with you every step of the way.
Abria Recovery offers supportive lodging exclusively for men who benefit from a stable, recovery-focused living environment while participating in treatment. Lodging is available at three Minnesota locations: two homes in Dakota County and one in Scott County.
